I recently used a stroller rental and luggage storage service during my trip to Seoul, and it was such a game-changer! As a parent traveling with little ones, finding a reliable stroller rental service can be tricky, but this one exceeded my expectations in every way.
Stroller Rental:
The stroller was easy to maneuver, comfortable for my child, and in good condition. The rental process was seamless. I was able to reserve the stroller ahead of time, and when I arrived at the airport, the staff waited for us past the time that we arranged and was incredibly helpful in getting me set up. Plus, the stroller was lightweight and folded up easily, making it convenient to carry when we needed to.
Luggage Storage:
Mihee and her team were so accommodating to my schedule changes. At first I made plans that would require the use of this service but plans change and she understands. Next thing you know, I needed an emergency luggage storage service late at night and she was able to accommodate last minute!! The staff was friendly, and I felt confident that my belongings were in safe hands.

First of all I wanted thank Mihee and her team for the outstanding service during our recent trip to South korea. I use to wonder how my travel would have played out if Mihee's luggage service wasn’t there!
Since we went on multi country trip with little children, I was looking for a service that can receive my luggage and delivery it to my desired location on a desired date and I couldn’t find a single reliable service provider until I saw Mhihee's Instagram post. At that moment I know her service going to my life saver and indeed it turned out to be the best service during this entire trip. As soon as I know Mihee is there to take my fully loaded bags with shopping items from previous country I planned to visit Busan straight from ICN after handing all our checked bags to her staff. We had only hand luggage and used public transport to Seoul station and travelled all the way to Busan and Gyeonju without any checked bags.
I highly recommend for anyone who plans to visit Korea with multiple luggage to use this service and Plan well to experience the feeling of traveling light without any stress

I had the pleasure of using Mihees service to transport some luggage for us during our family holiday to Korea in Sept. Reasons why I liked the service over a typical luggage forwarding service -
1) All communication was answered promptly and in English - no navigating foreign websites
2) Our luggage was delivered to our hands in the airport terminal - no waiting at counters or queuing
3) Paid a small deposit online
4) Most importantly - access for concierge support on other services, which for us was arranging for our toddlers much loved giraffe toy to be send from the hotel in Busan where he was accidently left, to our luggage in Seoul so we were able to get it back when we received our luggage. The service was above and beyond and we were only charged for the cost of the courier and not the time and effort it took to coordinate which I am truly grateful for. And it was sorted within a few hours of me asking.
I do not hesitate to recommend this service and to consider that you might need support with additional services and having someone to contact and ask for help was so so valuable for my family.

A Truly Exceptional Service - A Heartfelt Thank You! I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible guidance and support provided by Mihee during me and my family recent trip to Korea. From the very first day, I used her luggage service to keep our luggage when I was travelling to Busan. The luggages were picked up from our first hotel and she delivered it again to our next hotel in Seoul , so we didnt need to travel to busan while carrying our big luggage (since I travelled with baby, it's so difficult to bring all the luggages). Then I also use her luggage service from our latest hotel in seoul to incheon airport. Everything was smooth and hassle free. thank you mihee.
I also got free 3 day live concierge service from her. and it really helped me a lot. went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was not only smooth but truly unforgettable. Mihee ’s deep knowledge of Korean local hotspots made us so happy along the journey. Whether it was taking me to hidden gems, offering help to reserve seat on a restaurants, recommending the best places to eat, or asking anything I want to know about Korea, I always felt like I was in the best hands. One of my experience was when I left breastpump (I am a breastfeeding mom) in Busan , and she helped me to communicate to the hotel staff and arranged the delivery to my hotel in seoul. I really really appreciate the help, she saved my life because I really need that stuff for my wellbeing. And also she recommend me places while I could buy the new breastpump as soon as possible while waiting for the delivery to arrive. without her help, i think we couldn't solved this problem smoothly.

Chance upon Mihee while finding a solution to transport our luggage from Seoul to Busan.
We booked luggage delivery from Incheon to Busan and from Busan back to Seoul, as well as a transport service to the outskirts of Seoul. Price was reasonable. Communication was fast and helpful, with prompt replies and clear information throughout. Everything was hassle-free, luggage was collected on time, and we received constant updates on delivery status. They even helped carry 12 pieces of luggage up two levels of stairs, despite this not being included in the service.
The transport service was equally excellent — on-time pickup, smooth arrangement, comfortable vehicle, and a friendly driver. The driver waited for us immediately after our activities, which was especially appreciated in winter as we didn’t have to wait in the cold.
Will definitely use their services again!
I live in Korea and my daily stroller is very big and bulky. For our trip abroad to Sapporo, we were looking up renting a stroller in Japan and it was super overwhelming. But luckily the IG algorithm brought Mihee's account to my attention and we were able to rent a stroller with her. She was incredibly helpful helping us choose the best stroller for our trip and answered all questions quickly. The stroller was clean, delivered on time and I would definitely recommend for if youre visiting korea or live in korea and are traveling with a small child Thank you Mihee!

I happened to chance upon Mihee’s ig and rented a bugaboo bee stroller from her for 4 days and i was pleasantly surprised by how convenient it was as she delivered the stroller to my hotel the night before so it was ready when i reached the hotel the next day and i could also leave it with the hotel to return her. We didn’t bring the stroller as the first part of our trip was to jeju before we went to seoul and we had many bags already and were worried they couldn’t fit into the taxi. Mihee was very responsive and patiently answered all my enquiries. So thankful i rented the stroller from her if not we would have to carry our heavy bag and my daughter around. Thanks again Mihee
