I’m a return customer of Mihee Travel Service, and this time I reached out for a very last-minute trip to Busan and Seoul to chase the cherry blossoms. Just like before, I gave a rough idea of the places I was interested in, and received amazing concierge-style support through Instagram messages once I arrived.
I adjusted my plans daily depending on the weather, and Mihee was once again very patient and responsive—offering great suggestions on where to go for the best cherry blossom views and what to eat along the way.
One highlight was a spontaneous day trip from Busan to Gyeongju I suggested and sought Mihee advice if cherry blossoms were peaking there. It turned out to be a really worthwhile decision! She recommended visiting Hwangridan-gil, known for its trendy shops and uniquely decorated restaurants, as well as the Bomun Tourist Complex, where cherry blossoms line the serene lake—absolutely beautiful and peaceful.
In Seoul, Mihee highly recommended Seokchon Lake as a must-see. But instead i regretted making the decision to go to Changdeokgung Palace for three PINK cherry blossom trees) and nothing to see at all in the Secret Garden during this time! I wish I had gone to Seokchon Lake earlier in the day as Mihee suggested. I only managed to catch the night view, but even then, the walkway lined with cherry blossom trees was stunning.
I also really enjoyed the restaurants Mihee recommended—everything I managed to try was genuinely delicious. Although I missed a few spots due to long queues, the ones I did get to were absolutely worth it!
This time, I also used Mihee’s buying service. I had my eye on an item that wasn’t available in Singapore and couldn’t be shipped internationally. I reached out to Mihee, and she helped me order it online with a very reasonable service fee and local delivery charge. The item was delivered directly to my hotel, right on time—it was super convenient and stress-free!

I stumbled on to Travel Mihee account on instagram, and my first thought was, hmmmm this must be a scam. But that account kept popping up on my feed so I started to check it out. Yeahh i thougt she might be trustworthy, but waited a little longer. But finally decided to contact her, and I dont regret it. I was planing a trip to S Korea for 4 weeks with my 2 daughters 13 and 19, and had a vague idea in my head of what I wanted to do and where i wanted to go. So i booked a travel service from her, and she didn´t disapoint. She made a 4 weeks itinerary for us, with activities, places to dine and hotels to stay at. And it was such a packed itienary that we didnt manage to cover it all. But then we had options to do this and that and skip some locations, but now we are addicted to this beautiful country, so we will be back and check the rest out. The only thing i regret is not going to ALL the resturants and cafes she reccomended, because they were all spot on.
Mihee was very very helpful, we used her taxi service alot. Also we were very thankful for her when we came to our hotel after a long drive, late at night and very crazy hungry, but all the resturants were closing. Then she magicaly found a fried chicken resturant that was open and we got it deliverd to our hotel, that was a very happy meal. Also when we got a flat tire, then she contacted the car rental and talked to them, and they came within a half an hour and fixed it. So it was very good to have Mihee only a message away. I always felt like i was chatting with a friend, because she was always checking up on us, to find out if we were enjoying our stay.
So I highly reccomend getting some help from Mihee with planing your trip around S Korea.

Seriously Mihee has an amazing service! I've never been to Seoul before and even though my husband has been to Korea several times, I still can't ask him many things bcs his knowledge is only about Golf at Mayfield 😂 So Mihee's live assistance is very helpful, especially when I have time to go out alone with my first born without my hubby. Seoul to Busan
Travelling by train from Seoul to Busan. It was very easy to buy train tickets following Mihee instructions , in case we should need help she was available to purchase tickets for us , when we arrived we prefer to choose for our hotel stay , indeed the location suggested by mihee were located in very easy to move location respect what we choose.
But she had no problem to assist us in transfers even when we have not followed her suggestions ahahah.
Activities to do in Busan with not much days where essential and drive us very good suggestion to optimize our time there. I attached some pictures of our sky capsule journey and our wooden fish wishing to visit South Korea again in the future.
Jeju
To concentrate sighseen in Jeju was difficult because the island has really lots of amazing places Thanks to Mihee we were addressed to facilities and tourist attractions suiting our wish , our level of physical preparation ( quite poor indeed 😊) I attach a picture of the beach and a video of the Park which were amazing.

dont like to write any comments or reviews. However, this is an exception. Before booking my airtix, I found mihee on ig. I dont know what kind of service she has. So i msg her & inquired. And i got a reply in few mins. Nxt thing i know, our conversation has become solutions to my worries & travel issues. Even before i purchase her service, she already helped me book hair salon. And when i told her i cant book a hotel room cuz its full, she offered to book for me. Amazing service! Because i got a spot for hair salon & got a room to the hotel i want, all i had to do was buy my airtix. VOILA, ready! How to rate mihee, well… Shes AWESOME! In fact, i want her to be mine. I’m a solo traveler and I used to plan everything on my own. My dream was to visit South Korea, but I decided everything at the very last minute. It was so much pressure I knew I needed support to make the best of it. Also I don’t speak Korean so it was challenging.

And also, she took care of my food allergy and find me the best restaurants so I could eat safetly.
Finally It felt like I had a friend with me. She’s kind and patient and didn’t hesitate to share stories and habits/culture/politics about South Korea. It made my trip so much interesting.

Before the trip, Mihee helped us plan our itinerary by suggesting places to visit, activities to do, restaurants to dine in, and shops to explore. Her local knowledge helped us gain insights that we might have missed out on if we had relied solely on guidebooks or other travellers' blogs. Mihee also assisted us in arranging services like hair treatments and beauty clinic visits, which was a significant benefit, as it would have been challenging for us to do so due to the language barrier. We lost our way once or twice and she was panic! (Haha ;D) - so sweet of her cos she really cares and concern for you to get back on track.
She would give recommendations on how to get to a place that you wish to go, from Point A to Point B to Point C up till you get there safely - either by Subway or bus (depending on your budget).
She would remind you of your interest in catching the Sakura (as in our situation), and suggest that we go to Mount Bukhan before the flower falls off in the late evening, or disappear in the next few hours as the season for Sakura was only very brief in Seoul.
We just love Mihee and her exceptional skills in her personal touring services, so much so that when we return to Malaysia, we are still talking about the phenomenal experience in Korea to our family and friends - and Mihee has definitely been a huuuge factor of the reason our trip was an unforgettable moment.

From my point of view, the timetable could be easier to read, I prefer other kind of documents like pdf and also other kind of views. At that time I was just “dreaming” about a trip to Korea but my fascination with the country grew watching all the beautiful places Mihee show on her page. So when my husband and I decided that Korea would have been our summer trip, I wrote to Mihee! I really enjoyed the idea that a local would have planned a travel “custom made” for us! I have been to Seoul a few times but going to Ulleungdo is a first for me. I had challenges looking for information on how to take the ferry to Ulleungdo as most of the websites are in Korean. I was fortunate to found Mihee and I engaged her to help me. She is just so awesome from the moment we chatted answering all the questions I had. I wouldn’t have make it to Ulleungdo without her. Mihee is very helpful ! As a muslim, it is difficult for me to find a muslim friendly restaurant, but she help me to find it. I always change my destination but she still help me well. AND SHE HELP ME MEET MY IDOL KIM SEON HOOOOOOO !!!! I just know kim Seon hoo have live performance in seoul and the ticket all sold out, but mihee can find it with good price. Im crying for this.

My husband and I decided to go to Korea to celebrate our Anniversary. In as much as we love Korea, we were worried about the language barrier and how would we navigate through the country. I have utilized Mihee for premium itinerary, premium live concierge, and reservations. It was the best decision we have made!
Our trip in Korea was very remarkable, it was so smooth and we enjoyed each day that Mihee planned. She made a very detailed itinerary with easy directions to follow and so much options to choose from. Mihee ordered our taxi and guided us to use the subway and helped us be redirected when we got lost walking in the mall. She kept us safe and made sure that no one would take advantage of us especially since we did not speak the language.
Each day she would check in with us and make sure we get to our destination safely and even if we made last minute changes, she would adjust to us and continue to make her recommendations.
She helped us book our dinner at Bicena and when I wanted to have my nails done, she made it happen for me even it it was a last minute request. Alot of services in Korea needs a korean number or a deposit prior to booking. That is why she is so helpful in this regard.
She booked our hair spa and skin clinic and talked to them so that when we arrive, they know what we need.
I wanted a custom foundation made at lineage, but there was no availability. Mihee did not stop there and found an alternative version at Hera so that I would not miss this opportunity while I was in Korea. I thought that was so nice of her to really consider what mattered to me even if to some it was “just makeup.” She really listens and values what you give importance to, which i truly appreciate.
She never made us feel like we were asking for too much. She was even so kind to make sure we had hand warmers because it was Winter time while we walked around the palace in our Hanboks. She mapped out and directed us to the nearest convenience store. She genuinely cares for you so much.

"I discovered TravelerMihee's services on Instagram when I was in need of assistance planning my 10-day itinerary for traveling to Jeju and Seoul with my mom. I opted for the "comprehensive package," now known as the "Premium service." During an almost 3-hour Zoom call with Mihee, we discussed my requests via the chat box, and I also received on-demand live assistance while in Jeju and Seoul.
Mihee's exceptional on-demand live assistance, especially for transport logistics and directions guidance in Seoul, was very critical for me.
JEJU: Getting around Jeju is either by self-driving or booking a driver. Booking a driver for the whole day is expensive (at least around USD200 per day), and it can be stressful as they need to follow and wait for you, including meals. Mihee helped me order a taxi from point to point whenever I was ready to leave. She also provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and we enjoyed all the meals she suggested. If you're traveling with elderly individuals, do thorough research for elderly-friendly sites, as there are unexpected rocky roads in Jeju.
SEOUL: In Seoul, traveling by taxi was my choice with my mom instead of the subway. Although the subway is convenient and cheap, I realized the entrances and exits have long walking distances of at least 15 minutes. With an elderly person, it's better to order a taxi. However, it's not always easy to flag down a taxi, especially after 10 pm. A couple of times, I had to reach out to Mihee beyond her service hours to help me book a KaKao taxi. With my bad sense of direction, I got lost several times, and each time Mihee patiently directed me back by sending her my location on KaKao map.
Mihee's personalized service exceeded all expectations. She provided prompt assistance within 5 minutes and demonstrated an impressive commitment by working beyond service hours. Her attention to detail, combined with a friendly approach, made the entire experience feel like having a personal travel assistant at my fingertips. "Mihee provided us with a detailed itinerary for our 13-day stay after our lengthy discussion of our preference and must-visit places. She also recommended places to visit, food to try and best restaurant or cafe to eat from breakfast to late night snack.

She helped us from the time we arrived at Incheon airport and arranged our taxi to hotel. Mihee also provided us with real-time assistance during our tour especially if we needed taxi, reserved our Park Hyatt Lunch at Busan with amazing view (last photo), bought out KTX ticket to Busan and Jeonju, arranged our complete body massage at Jeju and even paid some establishment that cannot accept our credit card. She also saved our time by completing an online shopping of my wish list and have it delivered to our hotel. ☺️
Mihee has always anticipated our needs and provided multiple options for our tour especially when we stayed at Jeju since there are places that needed checking of opening hours and reservations.
I appreciated Mihees summary of my account with detailed list of expenses as this helped us tracked our travel finances easily. She is honest and trustworthy hence I have not hesitated paying her travel services. Her communication skills is great and she provided explanation to places we visited. She also revised some our itinerary because of the weather or because we had a sleep in and started late.
