When I first contacted you on Instagram, I was a little apprehensive and unsure if it was legit — but now I can confidently say you are 100% trustworthy and reliable!
We engaged your transport services 3 times during our Korea trip, from Busan to Jeonju, Seoul Station to hotel, and hotel to airport. You were always so patient, responsive, and helpful with all our requests. Your recommendation of the local restaurant was amazing — it turned out to be the best meal of our 9-day Korea trip! We also really enjoyed the interesting attractions the driver brought us to along the way. When we encountered the unfortunate incident, the driver had to detour and drive us to police station to collect the lost item. He was very kind to help us translate to the police. Thank you for making the journey so memorable.

Traveler Mihee was incredibly responsive, professional, and reliable.
This was my first international trip to Korea with my 3-year-old toddler, so having dependable airport transportation with a properly installed car seat gave me so much peace of mind. It was wonderful not having to worry about how we were getting from the airport to our hotel after a long flight.
We also rented a stroller through Traveler Mihee, and it was clean and in excellent condition. We were so happy with the experience that we booked the service again for our return trip to the airport.
We had the same driver for both our arrival and departure, and he was always on time. The entire experience was great from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Traveler Mihee’s service, especially for families traveling with young children.

I highly recommend using Traveler Mihee for stroller rental in Korea! I borrowed a stroller for our trip in Korea, and it truly made our travel experience so much easier and more comfortable. Other services don’t have compact strollers available and are not as flexible with delivery locations. With Mihee, the communication was excellent, and the delivery and pickup process was completely hassle-free. The stroller was also clean and in great condition. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Do yourself a favor and book with Mihee! I will be completely honest. I was apprehensive about it because I’ve never booked a service like this before. We were always okay with public transit or Ubers but I gave myself some time to really think about it. We were traveling internationally for the first time as a family of 3 so I did not want to stress about transportation. I followed her on instagram for months before I made my decision. And it was one of the best things I did for our family. We had 4 suitcases and a stroller and she was able to arrange such a smooth ride for us. The driver was so pleasant and professional. Traveler_mihee was such a lifesaver during our Seoul family trip. Traveling with 2 kids require not 1 but 2 strollers, and fortunately, i stumbled upon Traveler_mihee’s IG site. She was so quick to respond (even at night), very easy to understand, transaction was fast and she delivered the stroller on our hotel’s concierge earlier than expected. Return was also just as convenient cause stroller will just be picked up in the same lobby.
The stroller itself was delivered fully functional, clean and compact which is perfect for a Seoul stroll. Kudos to this stroller service! Highly recommended!

Mihee is absolutely amazing and someone we can always trust! She made our stay in Seoul so much easier and more enjoyable.
She arranged our airport transfer in advance, and even though our flight was delayed, the driver was still patiently waiting for us when we arrived. It was such a relief after a long journey!
We also asked Mihee to help us with our shopping while we were in Seoul. My mum ordered quite a lot of skincare products, and Mihee went above and beyond to arrange everything and had them delivered to us within just two days. Everything was so smooth and hassle-free.
Mihee is incredibly reliable, responsive, and genuinely caring. We felt completely comfortable relying on her, and she always made sure everything was taken care of.
