I could directly go to shopping for my kids’ needs when we arrive Seoul without going to the hotel to drop our luggages and even better she provided live concierge service for 3 days! Highly recommend this service even if you have been to Korea a few times like myself, and know how to get from Airport to city/hotel. Now, travelling on the airport trains without luggage was no stress at all! They were very responsive to my questions and clear information was given to us about where and when they drop off the stroller. Price is quite reasonable as compared to other rental services. Booking with Mihee was incredibly easy. She speaks English fluently, so communication was smooth—no worries about language barriers. Once you let her know how many pieces of luggage you have, she’ll share the price and send you a simple form via email to fill in your collection time, location, and drop-off details.
What impressed me most was how on time her team was—both for pick-up and delivery. During my trip to Seoul with friends and our three kids, we had four big suitcases. Mihee’s team collected them directly from our Airbnb (yes, they do Airbnb pick-ups too, not just hotels!) and delivered them safely to Incheon Airport for us. No dragging heavy luggage across the city—just travel light and meet your bags at the airport.

We needed to move 5 very large suitcases between hotels in Seoul and previously we've paid a substantial cost to hire a large minivan. I saw traveler_mihee Instagram and encouraged by the great reviews of her service I decided to message her late one evening. We were able to leave our luggage in the reception of our first hotel and then it was delivered to our next hotel at the exact time that was estimated.
