I could directly go to shopping for my kids’ needs when we arrive Seoul without going to the hotel to drop our luggages and even better she provided live concierge service for 3 days! What impressed me most was how on time her team was—both for pick-up and delivery. During my trip to Seoul with friends and our three kids, we had four big suitcases. Mihee’s team collected them directly from our Airbnb (yes, they do Airbnb pick-ups too, not just hotels!) and delivered them safely to Incheon Airport for us. We needed to move 5 very large suitcases between hotels in Seoul and previously we've paid a substantial cost to hire a large minivan. I saw traveler_mihee Instagram and encouraged by the great reviews of her service I decided to message her late one evening. We were able to leave our luggage in the reception of our first hotel and then it was delivered to our next hotel at the exact time that was estimated. I found this page last minute while I was in busan train station struggling with heavy luggage back to seoul, decided to sent a message to enquire and mihee was very responsive and able to cater to my last minute request. after reaching seoul in about 2h30mins from busan, the driver was already waiting outside the train station, proceed to pass him our luggage and continue our itinerary for the day. afterwards, we meet the driver to collect our luggage at the airport at night on the same day. it's a stress free process and I really recommend it if you're struggling with heavy and multiple luggage!

First of all I wanted thank Mihee and her team for the outstanding service during our recent trip to South korea. I use to wonder how my travel would have played out if Mihee's luggage service wasn’t there!
Since we went on multi country trip with little children, I was looking for a service that can receive my luggage and delivery it to my desired location on a desired date and I couldn’t find a single reliable service provider until I saw Mhihee's Instagram post. At that moment I know her service going to my life saver and indeed it turned out to be the best service during this entire trip. As soon as I know Mihee is there to take my fully loaded bags with shopping items from previous country I planned to visit Busan straight from ICN after handing all our checked bags to her staff. We had only hand luggage and used public transport to Seoul station and travelled all the way to Busan and Gyeonju without any checked bags.

To fellow travellers! Traveller Mihee is a gem! What a great service to offer. Luggage on the transit system in Asia is often quite burden-some. Mihee and her team take that burden and make your trip to and from the airport easy. There is nothing like seeing the first flight of stairs without an escalator to make you smile in relief that you don't need to make it up the stairs with an overstuffed bag.

I happened to chance upon Mihee’s ig and rented a bugaboo bee stroller from her for 4 days and i was pleasantly surprised by how convenient it was as she delivered the stroller to my hotel the night before so it was ready when i reached the hotel the next day and i could also leave it with the hotel to return her. I had the pleasure of using Mihees service to transport some luggage for us during our family holiday to Korea in Sept. Reasons why I liked the service over a typical luggage forwarding service -
1) All communication was answered promptly and in English - no navigating foreign websites
2) Our luggage was delivered to our hands in the airport terminal - no waiting at counters or queuing
3) Paid a small deposit online
4) Most importantly - access for concierge support on other services, which for us was arranging for our toddlers much loved giraffe toy to be send from the hotel in Busan where he was accidently left, to our luggage in Seoul so we were able to get it back when we received our luggage. The service was above and beyond and we were only charged for the cost of the courier and not the time and effort it took to coordinate which I am truly grateful for. And it was sorted within a few hours of me asking.
I do not hesitate to recommend this service and to consider that you might need support with additional services and having someone to contact and ask for help was so so valuable for my family.

Mihee and her team provide amazing services! She was able to make accommodations to have someone meet us for a small extra fee so we could hand over our bags at a convenient location and time. The total fee was very much worth it to not have two extra bags to have to get to our lodging and then back to the train station and airport a few days later. The place we stayed was very small and I am unsure of how we would have managed with the two extra suitcases in that space for 4 days. Everything went smoothly and Mihee communicated really well. The transfers of luggage were so simple. While it can be a little nerve-wracking to hand over your luggage to a stranger, I went with the good reviews and number of followers as well as my gut. I will be adding Mihee’s services to my travel information for our next visit to Korea!

I highly recommend Mihee for stroller rental! We rented a yoyo because we needed a second stroller for our toddler (we already brought one for our infant). It was super convenient! Stroller was delivered to and picked up at our Airbnb at the agreed time. Stroller was in great condition and very useful! I was so glad that I didn’t have to buy or bring another stroller especially with all of our suitcases! Our toddler definitely needed the stroller because Seoul is so hilly and we walked a lot!

Mihee made our trip from Seoul to Gyeongju and then to Busan much more comfortable. She picked up three luggages from our hotel in Namdaemun, so we only had to travel with the bare minimum. I booked a stroller to be dropped off + picked up at my hotel. It was really seamless and I just had to pick it up and return it at the reception. Winter cover was provided and the bugaboo bee 6 was very easy to use! It had a flat down option so my babe could lie down for her naps. It was such great help because we only needed the pram on certain days of our trip. I received last minute requests from my family to bring back skincare. Mihee was able to recommend different products. I expressed my worry about not having enough space and Mihee went above and beyond and helped me purchase a new luggage and delivered it to my hotel along with my requested skin care products. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for her! Her staff was kind enough to wait for me to pack my items in my newly delivered luggage. We had a full day before our flight home and I didn’t want to lug around any bags, Mihee and her staff picked up our bags and met us at the airport the following evening helping to make our travel to the airport so easy and smooth.
