From the very first day, I used her luggage service to keep our luggage when I was travelling to Busan. The luggages were picked up from our first hotel and she delivered it again to our next hotel in Seoul , so we didnt need to travel to busan while carrying our big luggage (since I travelled with baby, it's so difficult to bring all the luggages). Mihee ’s deep knowledge of Korean local hotspots made us so happy along the journey. Whether it was taking me to hidden gems, offering help to reserve seat on a restaurants, recommending the best places to eat, or asking anything I want to know about Korea, I always felt like I was in the best hands. She were always patient, attentive, and willing to help.
One of my experience was when I left breastpump (I am a breastfeeding mom) in Busan , and she helped me to communicate to the hotel staff and arranged the delivery to my hotel in seoul. I really really appreciate the help, she saved my life because I really need that stuff for my wellbeing. And also she recommend me places while I could buy the new breastpump as soon as possible while waiting for the delivery to arrive. without her help, i think we couldn't solved this problem smoothly.
What made Mihee stand out the most, however, was her genuine care and personal touch. Beyond just being a guide, she truly made me feel like a friend. Chance upon Mihee while finding a solution to transport our luggage from Seoul to Busan.
We booked luggage delivery from Incheon to Busan and from Busan back to Seoul, as well as a transport service to the outskirts of Seoul. Price was reasonable. Communication was fast and helpful, with prompt replies and clear information throughout. Everything was hassle-free, luggage was collected on time, and we received constant updates on delivery status. They even helped carry 12 pieces of luggage up two levels of stairs, despite this not being included in the service.
The transport service was equally excellent — on-time pickup, smooth arrangement, comfortable vehicle, and a friendly driver. The driver waited for us immediately after our activities, which was especially appreciated in winter as we didn’t have to wait in the cold.
Will definitely use their services again!

This was my first time engaging Mihee’s stroller rental service. On our second day in Seoul, we decided to rent the premium stroller from her as we were having back pain from baby wearing our 13-month-old.
We reached out to her for rental starting the next day. Mihee was very prompt in her replies! She also suggested that we got the express service and the winter cover, so we could travel worry-free.
Drop off and pick up were smooth too. Mihee would update us on the status of delivery to and collection from our Airbnb so we knew when to expect the stroller.
All in all, we were very satisfied with the stroller rental service and prompt communication provided by Mihee. The next time we come back to Seoul, we will definitely consider engaging her services again! 🫶🏼

This was our first long distance trip with our child & we knew navigating Seoul's winter with all our luggages would be challenging.

Traveling with little children can be challenging… But thanks to Traveler Mihee Services and our wonderful driver Mr. Kim, our family tour became one of the most beautiful memories of our trip. Mr. Kim was incredibly attentive, professional and always punctual. The car was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, perfect for traveling with kids. He even prepared a baby car seat and small bottles of water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The service was also very reasonably priced for such a high level of care.
During the tour we visited Korean Folk Village, Everland and Lotte World. At Everland, my daughters were amazed seeing the giraffes and pandas. At Lotte World, the girls absolutely loved the parade, and we all had so much fun together. And for me personally, visiting Korean Folk Village was extra special because scenes from one of my favorite Korean dramas, “Tale of the Nine Tailed,” were filmed there. Having such a kind and professional driver made everything smooth and stress-free. If you are visiting South Korea, I 100% recommend Traveler Mihee Services — especially for families traveling with children.

We had an amazing experience with Traveler Mihee Services during our family trip to South Korea. We were traveling with our two little girls, Luna (3) and Clara (1), and Mihee’s support made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.
She was always quick to respond, very professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the best places to visit in Seoul for families. Her recommendations were fantastic and helped us discover wonderful places around the city.
One of the things that helped us the most was the stroller rental. Mihee arranged two strollers with winter covers and delivered them directly to our hotel, which made exploring Seoul with our little girls comfortable even in the cold weather.

Mihee Traveller’s luggage service truly came to my rescue. I was worried about how to manage two heavy check‑in suitcases, a backpack, and a shoulder bag on the metro and the railroad train on my way to a hotel near Incheon Airport. After booking, the communication was quick, clear, and reassuring.
On the agreed date, she messaged me ahead of time, and five minutes before the van arrived. I was already waiting outside with my luggage, and everything went smoothly.
Travelling to the hotel without having to drag heavy suitcases through stations was such a relief. It even gave me extra time and energy to explore my surroundings.

In my recent Seoul trip, my family and I needed to rent a stroller for our baby. I scoured the internet for available rentals and found a bunch. Mihee’s price might be on the more expensive side but boy was it worth it!
We didnt need to get it from the airport and return it there. They have hotel delivery which was SO CONVENIENT. No need to go find the stall. The person who delivered it was so nice and taught me how to use it. The stroller itself was VERY CLEAN and so premium. It was sturdy and could hold a bunch of things. The added hook straps were a lifesaver. And mind you it was LEATHER. I havent found one of those yet for our own stroller but already planning to get it.
Overall our experience with Mihee was nothing short of excellent. As the saying goes. You get what you paid for and from our experience the price was more than worth it.
We will definitely be using their services again when we come back. 10/5 stars

Seen Minhee’s ad randomly a little while ago and decided to save the post/ad just incase.
Lo and behold I forgot our stroller! I DMed Minhee and luckily her stroller was available. She was very accommodating and considerate. Our transaction went smoothly!! It was dropped off in front of our Airbnb and she agreed to pick it up on my preferred location.
It was winter and she even provided us a cover which really was so helpful!!

Highly recommend this service even if you have been to Korea a few times like myself, and know how to get from Airport to city/hotel. Now, travelling on the airport trains without luggage was no stress at all! We can straight away start our day, or have our meal, and the luggage is already waiting at the hotel in the evening when we arrive to check-in.

Traveler_mihee was everything I could have asked for and more. Setting up transportation from the airport to the hotel was so quick and easy, and the price was way more reasonable compared to other car services I looked into.
I also forgot to set up transportation from our hotel in Seoul to our hotel in Incheon, and even though I contacted Mihee on the same day as our travel, she was able to quickly arrange proper transportation for our party. Heard about Traveler Mihee from my wife and we engaged her services to send package back to the states while visiting Korea this past spring (to free up luggage space). She was highly available with updates/information/recommendations regarding our parcel and was very transparent with her fees. For example, she was helpful in explaining the risk in the shipment of baby foods to the states especially with the recent status of US customs. They pickup directly at your location without any packaging needed (but should still ensure your package can be picked up easily i.e. in bags). Only minor gripe would be using Wise to submit payment while in Korea without access to my mobile number to confirm my account/transaction. Ultimately had to temporarily allow cellular roaming which incurred carrier fees but it was worth it. PayPal is also an option but there’s additional fees. All in all, would highly recommend if these aren’t obstacles for you.

My girlfriends and I traveled to Seoul, Jeju Island, and Hong Kong, and during our time in Korea, Mihee was an absolute blessing to work with. We arrived in Seoul at 6 a.m., and a driver was already waiting to pick us up at the airport. They took us to a bakery to relax while our luggage was delivered to the hotel—such a thoughtful touch after a long flight. When we headed to Jeju Island, they arranged to store our large suitcases so we could travel light, which made everything so much easier. They also coordinated a full-day private driver for us on the island. The next day, all flights out of Jeju were canceled due to an incoming storm, and I was incredibly stressed since I had a flight from Seoul to Hong Kong the following morning. Mihee quickly stepped in and arranged a ferry and train for us, ensuring we made it back to Seoul in time.
On top of that, since I missed a day of our planned activities, they went above and beyond—helping pick up a pair of glasses for me and even delivering a brand-new suitcase to our hotel after we realized we had done a bit too much shopping and needed the extra space. I would use their service again without hesitation. A huge thank you to Mihee for making our trip so much more enjoyable! I contacted her two weeks before arriving in Korea, and she was very responsive and immediately understood what would be best suited for our family. We used her services several times for transfers between the airport and the train station, and everything always went perfectly. We had spacious and comfortable vans that were always on time.
