It's our first time travelling to baby without any help. It's really not easy travelling via publuc transport with a baby and lots of bag. You make it easy by having the luggage service. If i found it earlier, i will have use it upon arriving to Korea as well. Thank you for entertaining our very last minute request. The service have been great from the start to the end. Highly recommend this service even if you have been to Korea a few times like myself, and know how to get from Airport to city/hotel. Now, travelling on the airport trains without luggage was no stress at all! We can straight away start our day, or have our meal, and the luggage is already waiting at the hotel in the evening when we arrive to check-in.
